Global Essence Travel, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides travel planning, consulting, and booking coordination services. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Global Essence Travel, LLC acts as a travel advisor and intermediary. We assist with planning and booking travel arrangements but do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation providers, or tour operators.

All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.

3. Payments and Fees

  • All prices are subject to availability and change until paid in full

  • Deposits and payment schedules are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Final payment deadlines are strictly enforced

  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund

 

Service fees for planning and consultation are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

  • Cancellations and changes are governed by supplier policies

  • Refunds, if any, are issued according to supplier terms

  • Global Essence Travel, LLC is not responsible for supplier penalties or fees

  • We are not liable for price changes due to fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency fluctuations

 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and required documentation.

 

We are not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel interruptions due to incomplete or invalid documents.

 

6. Travel Risks and Liability

Travel involves inherent risks including delays, cancellations, illness, injury, weather events, political instability, and supplier failures.

 

By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

 

Global Essence Travel, LLC is not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

  • Travel disruptions or losses

  • Personal injury, illness, or property damage

  • Force majeure events

 

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or acts of terrorism.

 

8. Client Conduct

Clients agree to behave responsibly and comply with laws, regulations, and supplier policies. We reserve the right to terminate services for misconduct without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, documents, content, and materials provided by Global Essence Travel, LLC are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of fees paid directly to Global Essence Travel, LLC.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
